How do I keep my Gold Status?
It’s easy to stay Gold when you’re earning seven Status Credits for every dollar you spend on fares. You need to earn 50,000 Status Credits within your 12-month Qualification Period to keep your Status. Your Status Review Date is at the end of the 12-month Qualification Period. If you haven’t earned enough Status Credits to stay Gold by this time, you go back to Silver or Red, depending on how many Status Credits you earned.
Your Status Credit balance is reset to zero for the start of every Qualification Period. So keep flying regularly with Virgin Blue, V Australia*, Pacific Blue and Polynesian Blue and stay Gold!
*Perth Lounge opening December 2009.
