• Unlike other programs, it’s free to join Velocity online and our Points will never expire for active Members.
• We give you any seat, any time redemptions. If there’s a seat available on any flight, you can buy it using Velocity Points.
• In 2005, we cut the red tape of blackouts and restrictions. That includes travel during Easter, Christmas, and school and public holidays.

Before we existed, many people weren’t able to do the simple things, like redeeming points for a seat when they wanted to fly. This didn’t sit too well with us, so we launched our Any Seat, Any Time promise.

We won our first industry award soon after we arrived on the scene - Best Awards Redemption at the annual Freddies - and have since grown into a full rewards program with more than 2 million Members.
