When you fly with Virgin Atlantic, you’ll earn Points and Status Credits based on the type of fare and the distance you fly. So the further you go, the more Points and Status Credits you collect! But check at the time of booking to see if your class of travel is eligible for Velocity Points.

How many Status Credits do I collect?

When you fly with Virgin Atlantic, you’ll earn Status Credits based on your fare class and how far you fly. Remember, the more Status Credits you collect, the faster you’ll reach Silver and Gold.

Can I claim Points from a previous flight?

If you’ve flown with Virgin Atlantic in the last six months and you were already a Velocity Member at the time, you can claim missing Points. Call our friendly team at the Velocity Membership Centre for more details.
