1. Quote your Velocity Membership Number when booking. In Australia you can book online or call 1300 136 737. (Australia) or 0800 800 115 (New Zealand)
2. Present your Velocity Membership Card when picking up your car - the name on your card must match that on the car rental agreement
3. Allow up to 30 business days for the Velocity Points to land in your Account.
