Terms and Conditions: Redemption of Card Services Reward points for Velocity Points is only available to eligible Card Services Cardholders. The earning and redemption of Card Services Reward points is subject to the Card Services Rewards terms and conditions, available at cardservicesdirect.com.au/rewards or by calling 1300 135 538. A minimum of 15,000 Card Services Reward points must be redeemed for Velocity Points in one transaction, and additional Card Services Reward points must be redeemed in fixed blocks of 15,000 Card Services Reward points. To redeem Card Services Reward points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityrewards.com.au. The redemption of Card Services Reward points will be administered solely by Card Services Rewards and may take up to 3 business days or longer to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Once Card Services Reward points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be cancelled or reversed.

All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Rewards are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions available at velocityrewards.com.au Velocity is operated by Velocity Rewards Pty Ltd as trustee of the Loyalty Trust. The earning and redemption of credit card reward points is subject to the rewards program's Terms & Conditions. To redeem credit card reward points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityrewards.com.au The redemption of credit card reward points will be administered solely by the credit card reward program and can take up to 5 business days to be credited to your Velocity Account. Once credit card reward points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed. Credit card reward programs hold no responsibility for flight availability, which may be limited. This is at the sole discretion of the Velocity Airline Partner.

Silver Cardholders through the Card Services Rewards Program are not eligible to redeem for Velocity Points; available to Gold and Platinum Cardholders only.
