Terms and Conditions: The redemption of Suncorp Reward points (including available rewards and expiry of points) is only available to eligible Suncorp Clear Options Gold, Platinum or Business credit card holders and is subject to the Suncorp Rewards Terms & Conditions. The redemption of Suncorp Reward points will be administered solely by Suncorp Rewards and may take up to  2-5 business days to transfer into your Velocity Membership Account. To redeem your Suncorp Reward points for Velocity Points you must register your Velocity Membership Number with Suncorp Rewards. Velocity Membership is the responsibility of the card holder. Once Suncorp Reward Points are transferred to Velocity, they will be subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time and available at www.velocityrewards.com.au. Once Points are transferred, they cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Suncorp Bank will not guarantee or otherwise support Citigroup’s obligations under the contracts or agreements connected with the Credit Cards (other than those relating to Suncorp Bank internet banking and telephone banking).
