How many Velocity Points do I earn?
You earn 1 Velocity Point for every 2 Altitude points you redeem from your Westpac Altitude account into your Velocity Rewards Account. You need a minimum of 3,000 Altitude points before you can redeem. Altitude points are to be redeemed for Velocity Points in increments of 500 Altitude points. There?s no maximum limit to the number of points that can be redeemed in one go and no minimum or maximum applied to the number of redemptions you can make in a year.
How do I redeem my Altitude points?
As long as you’re already a Velocity Member and an Altitude cardholder, you can redeem your Altitude points for Velocity Points through the Altitude Rewards Service Centre or website. Just follow these easy steps:
Step 1: If you're not already a Velocity Member, join now - it's free to join, and you'll get your Velocity Membership Number in just a few minutes.
Step 2: Allow one working day after joining Velocity, then register your Velocity Membership Number at altituderewards.com.au or call Altitude Rewards on 1300 887 820.
Step 3: Then redeem at least 3,000 Altitude points in one transaction at altituderewards.com.au or by calling Altitude Rewards on 1300 887 820.
It takes about three business days for your newly redeemed Velocity Points to reach your Velocity Account.
