You can redeem the following Points for Vouchers, and if required pay the outstanding balance via credit card:

• 15,000 Points for a $100 Voucher*.
• 70,000 Points for a $500 Voucher*.

(Note that if paying via credit card and Voucher, you must book at least 90 days prior to departure).

1. Check out the Cruisepilot website and call them with the relevant cruise info and your Velocity Membership Number.

2. Immediately after calling Cruisepilot, visit the Velocity Rewards Store and follow the prompts to redeem your Points for Vouchers (this step secures your cabin)
3. From there your Voucher details will be emailed to both you and Cruisepilot within 14 business days. Cruisepilot will contact you to complete the booking.
