What can I redeem Points on at the Rewards Store?

How do I make a redemption at the Velocity Rewards Store?
1. Browse: Window-shop from your desktop! You can choose a product category or search for what’s available in the range of Points you want to redeem.
2. Add to Cart: See something you like? Just add it to your shopping cart without straining your arms. You can choose to use 100% Points or a combination of Points plus Pay (see below for more details).
3. Checkout: When you’ve finished shopping, head for the checkout.
4. Payment & delivery: Just finalise your payment details (if any) and give us your delivery address to get your goods. It needs to be a physical address within Australia or New Zealand; we can’t deliver to a PO Box or overseas.
5. Sold! Mission accomplished. Now you can sit back and relax while we take care of delivering your rewards direct to your doorstep in about 14 working days from completion of your order (including credit card authorisation and confirmation that you have enough Points).

Points and Pay?
Most products can be purchased using 100% Points or a combination of Points plus Pay. If Points plus Pay is available, you can use our nifty slider to choose the number of Points you want to redeem and the amount of money you’ll pay on your credit card (there’s a minimum number of Points required for each product).
If Points plus Pay isn’t an option, you’ll need to use 100% Points to purchase that product. We accept all major credit cards commonly recognised in Australia and New Zealand, but we can’t accept cheques or cash payments.
Our customer satisfaction promise
We want to make your shopping experience as rewarding as possible. While we're not the manufacturer of the Products available at the Rewards Store and therefore don't provide warranty services, we’ll still do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
So if something you buy from the Rewards Store is faulty, damaged or unfit for use, just return it to us within seven working days of delivery and we'll help you claim an exchange or refund. We’ll do our best to organise the collection of the faulty, damaged or unfit Product and we’ll arrange a replacement at no further cost to you.
If you’d prefer a refund, as long as you return it within the seven working days period, we'll gladly refund the purchase price (including delivery charges and returned cost) and make the necessary adjustment to your Points and any credit card payment.
